I believe compound exercise will produce a deep valley between the abdominal muscle, while supplementing accessory type of exercise to further work on the abs will assist it's growth. Therefore, this week I've been focusing on incorporating all sorts of abdominal exercises for my PT clients & they loved the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) that comes with it

If you want to see your abs, you have to be lean to reveal them. Usually the lesser body fat % = the more obvious your abs will appear to be
